Another fully packed and fantastically enjoyable weekend at the Away Holidays Mill Rythe Village, Hayling Island Hampshire
Myself and Alex  would like to thank all players for the co-operation given in ensuring that the schedules were maintained, to the site personnel who made sure our needs were catered for and to the Hampshire Darts band of officials that work so hard on these weekends.
Player wise the performance of the weekend must go to the amazingly talented and lovely lady Fallon Sherrock who took the clean sweep of winning the Ladies Singles and being part of the Ladies Pairs and the Mixed Triples winning teams.
Fallon’s average of 29.91 in the Ladies Singles will take some beating!!!
Only sad part of the day was when the Under 14’s Final was unavoidably cancelled to Tommy Nelson having broken his finger in an accident on site leaving Mitchell McCarthy to take the title by default but nonetheless thoroughly deserved
Thank you to all of the lovely darts people for making the weekend so successful

Welcome Back

Dear Members and Friends of the Hampshire County Darts Organisation

I would like to extend apologies to you all for the enforced absence of this unique reference website and to say welcome back to the ‘NEW’ HCDO Website.

I would like to thank all that have made this possible with special mention to ELEVATEOM.com
for their expertise in resurrecting the website and in getting it up and running.

  • I also thank Helpful Books, Andy Scott, Laura Turner and all others for the invaluable assistance given to me during this process.
  • As we are all aware the Sport of Darts continues to grow at a pace to an extent that it enjoys extensive coverage by TV and the Press Media etc. in all parts of the World which in turn gives opportunities of high profile participation and the accompanying avenues to success for everyone so minded regardless of age.
  • HCDO intends for its members and supporters to be part of that future and as always we will strive to provide the means whereby all ambitions can be nurtured and wherever possible fulfilled.
  • It is the intention to give all sections of HCDO and its Member, Associated and Affiliated Darts bodies a platform on this exciting and broadened updated website in order that all can be made aware of what opportunities are available and how best to source them
  • We will need help to attain these objectives and will welcome input, advice and help from anyone that shares these beliefs and also contact from anyone willing to play an active part in maintaining this website for the benefit of all [see contact details below]
  • As my retirement looms large on the horizon I welcome contact from anyone with a like ambition to assist in serving the players of our County in the beautiful sport of darts and in recognising those players that bring so much Pride to the good name of Hampshire
